BOOK 1:

"If life has meaning, the purpose in life is to find that meaning, but if life has no meaning, the search for a meaning gives one the purpose in life they would otherwise not have. So either way, the search for the meaning of life -gives meaning to life"

BOOK 2:

"Mass attracts mass and mass resists acceleration. The attraction [gravity] is supposedly explained by the existence of a particle called the graviton, and yet, amid the trillions of collisions in particle accelerators, no scientist has ever seen one!"
