Vortex Publishing is a company formed to publish the books written by Dr. Russell Moon. Russell wrote the

first version of what is now the updated Book I in the late nineties shortly after discovering the initial parts of

what we now call The Vortex Theory of Atomic Particles. He self published and printed several thousand

copies which were sold and appreciated by many. Although his books were selling in U.S. bookstores and

worldwide online, he chose to focus more on his scientific ventures rather than focusing on publishing books.

When I met him in 2015 he had written three books and was working on a fourth. We then decided to have

Russell write a book about his life (book five) and how he turned his life into becoming a scientist in a most

unusual way.

With two more books on the drawing boards: Including the capstone book number six, which is about The True

Theory of Everything. We then decided it was time to launch the 6th book of the series. It was shortly after book

six was completed that Russell got involved in the unfortunate incident that got him in legal trouble. This put the

publishing on hold. Unfortunately, while we were trying to get Russell a new trial, he developed a severe heart

condition which was not treated appropriately and he died. With what was originally a very fixable condition.

After this, knowing we won’t have Russell involved in the book launch, we decided to proceed with the books that

will be his legacy. With the help of his wife Jeannie Moon, and our new Marketing Director, Martina Cooper. We

are nearly ready to launch the company and print and distribute the books.

ABOUT OUR CEO:

​

Stan Clifford is our founder and CEO. Mr. Clifford met Dr. Moon in 2015 on a very random and coincidental set

of circumstances. A new acquaintance Mr. Clifford met at a birthday party in Florida, Jamie Lemos, was

subsequently helping a fellow student with a flat tire, who just happened to be an assistant and protégé of Dr.

Moon. After telling Jamie about this new science, Jamie called Mr. Clifford and said you must immediately

come down to Florida and meet this scientist.

Mr. Clifford made the trip with enthusiasm. After several meetings, we came up with a business plan to move the

science forward. That was the start of VTI, LLC. Subsequently Vortex Publishing. Book one of the now six part series is a

rewrite of the original book, plus five more books of subsequent discoveries with a more in depth description of

the original discoveries and one of the other five books describes the life and career of Dr. Moon, which is

probably one of the most unusual histories of any scientist.

Mr. Clifford has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Clemson University and a Masters in

Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, Mankato. Mr. Clifford started his career in

manufacturing accounting, which led to the purchase of a ceramic paint company, Ceramichrome Inc, and the

founding of Decoart Inc. one of the worlds largest arts and craft paint manufacturers.

Science has always been one of his favorite subjects and meeting Dr. Moon and learning about his revolutionary

scientific discoveries has been a dream come true and a true honor.

Other Business Interests: CEO and Majority shareholder of VTI Group LLC and Vortex Publishing LLC, 

which are the two companies focused on developing and promoting the science created by DR Russell Moon, Theoretical Nuclear Physicist.

This revolutionary new science has clarified the structure of the atom resulting in over 120 new scientific discoveries including showing how higher dimensional space works; debunking Einstein’s theory of relativity that claims 4th dimensional space is made of space and time; that there is an anti gravity component in every electron in the universe that can be harnessed and used in many ways, including creating the most efficient form of green energy the world could ever imagine. 

Unfortunately, Dr Moon was unfairly convicted of second degree attempted murder for defending himself against an unruly neighbor, and having the bad luck of his attorney dying of cancer weeks before the trial. 

This resulted in a pro bono attorney taking over with a useless effort that lost the case. Attempts to get a serious health problem fixed by the Florida Department of Corrections has failed due to ineptness and total lack of appreciating the value of life of prisoners on the part of the D.O.C. of the state of Florida. Dr Moon passed away on April 4, 2022. Dr Moon has written six books which are about to be published by Vortex Publishing LLC In 2022.
