Q: What inspired Dr Moon to become a scientist?

Answer: In 1974 Dr. Moon read one of the first articles ever published about a near death experience. The thing that really got him intrigued about the article was that the man that had the near death experience had distinct memories of being in a different place unlike the earth, and that it was a real calming place...like a different dimension. Russell Moon was brought up as an atheist, so the concept of a soul that could live outside of the body and a heaven were never considered. He was so shocked about this he quit his profession as a pool builder, went back to school and took all the science and math courses he could to enable him to figure out what happened, which led him to focus on how higher dimensional space could exist...In the years that followed, hundreds and hundreds of reports of near death experiences were brought out to the public. Which continued to fire Russell’s zeal to find answers to his premise of higher dimensional space.

 

Q: How did Dr Moon get his PhD in nuclear physics? 

Answer: After spending over 20 years constructing what is now known as the Vortex Theory of Atomic Particles, the then Mr. Moon, contacted many theoretical nuclear physicists and professors of physics in the U.S. to explain his yet to be reviewed discoveries, but no one would listen to him because he had no PhD. His work was so contrary to 20th century physics. It was only when he presented his theories at a conference of new science in Fort Collins, Colorado that someone became interested. The interested party was a Russian scientist that was on a mission to find new science. When he reported what he heard to the top theoretical Physicists in Russia, Russell was immediately contacted by the Russians. Not only did he go to Russia twice, but a top Russian scientist came to visit him in Florida and he was eventually given his PhD by the Russian Ministry of Education. In Russia all higher academic degrees are awarded by the government and given a number. He was also asked to apply his theories to solve many of the great mysteries in Physics: which he did. According to Russell and his Russian science comrades, any one of these individual discoveries would have yielded a PhD in nuclear physics. All of these amazing discoveries are documented in the 6 book series titled "The End of the Concept of Time".

 

Q: Why is Dr Moon’s series of 6 books titled "The End of the Concept of Time"?

Answer: Man’s understanding of time is as old as humans.  It is so basic to human nature it has been revered and overblown by man forever. The crowning blow to man’s understanding of time was a huge mistake made by one of the most famous scientists of all time, Albert Einstein. In Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity it is stated that the 4th dimension is made up of space and time!!! This revolutionary theory put the concept of time on a plateau of science and has been believed by physicists for over 100 years!!! In Dr. Moons search for how higher dimensional space actually works; Einstein’s theory of relativity got in the way. After struggling with this for years Dr. Moon finally came to a very logical and frankly quite simple conclusion. That conclusion was that the concept of time has fooled man forever, including Mr. Einstein!!! Simply stated…Time is nothing more than the measurement of motion!!! While it is a very important thing to everyday life, it is no more than a measurement of motion. We use it to keep track of the rotation of the earth which is our day and to measure the movement of the earth around the sun which is our year. We have broken down pieces of those movements into days, hours, minutes, seconds and fractions thereof. Without these “tools”, life as we know it would be very difficult to “measure”. I remember Dr. Moon telling me that our watches would not work on Mars or for that matter on any planet where its revolution is different to the Earth’s. When you think about this it is obvious because we have programmed our watches and clocks to a 24 hour period; with 24 hours made up of 60 minutes and each minute made up of 60 seconds. So, there is no space time, no time travel and we are left with time being nothing more than a measurement of motion! Then, working on that principle, Dr. Moon was really able to figure out how higher dimensional space is constructed! That is why this series of books and discoveries is named "The End of the Concept of Time". 

 

Q: What people will be the audience for reading this book series?

Answer: Certainly anyone who is at all interested in science, but really anyone who is interested in how the world and the universe are constructed and how it effects them, will be readers. Also people who are looking for interesting topics such as; is there really a heaven or a God; if there is a heaven, where is it and how can it exist? Why can’t we see it?

All those people will enjoy these books. It is incredible how many people struggle with this question: is there really a God and also an afterlife? If there is an afterlife how does that work? All the stories we have heard about near death experiences can now seem a lot more likely! These books truly explain many of the mysteries of life and will also cause us to ask many more questions. So, for anyone who wants to know more than what we know about life and what our world is all about, this book series will be extremely interesting.

 

Q: Who will not like these books?

Answer: Unfortunately: Anyone that is a physics professor or physics expert, whether they are a theoretical physics person or a particle physics expert, will resent these books because basically much that they have taught or written or have believed for their whole career; has been proven wrong by Dr. Moon’s discoveries!!! Dr. Moon experienced tremendous rejection from physics professionals in the United States when he first started talking about his science. It is very interesting to note that the Russian scientists had a totally different outlook. According to Russell: The scientific community in Russia first looked at the value of the proposal before they look at a person’s educational diplomas. I truly hope that the scientific community everywhere can keep an open mind to new discoveries that challenge long held beliefs like Dr. Moon has done. 

 

Q: What, in your opinion, is the greatest discovery of Dr Moon’s?

Answer: This is a very hard question to answer as there is so much that he has discovered…take for instance how the universe was created and how it will be destroyed and this is really a cycle that has happened so many times...WOW!!! What can be bigger than that?  Well, how about that the universe is created from just one thing!!! Honestly, I really don’t want to answer this question because I think it should be answered by the millions of people and scientists who will read these books and do further work on the science Dr. Moon spent his entire adult life creating for us. 

 

Q: How close were you and Dr Moon?

Answer: I had two great business partners in my life and I have one great marriage partner. 

My two business partners were Jim Miller and Russell Moon. Jim and I became best friends when we worked for Tonka Toys and became partners when we bought Ceramichrome (hobby ceramic paints, glazes, molds, kilns, brushes etc) from Tonka and then started Decoart (paints and supplies for artists, crafters and do it yourself home decorators) together. Both companies were extremely successful.

The partnership we had was idyllic just like the partnership with Russell Moon. Both of those men were brilliant; Jim in the business world and Russell in science. Jim taught me all about sales and I taught him all about finance and manufacturing. The marketing we figured out together. with Russell, I asked him a million questions about the science and together we blue skied about practical applications of the science that would change the world. Obviously I taught him how to monetize his discoveries and how to create a business model to do this. Although, in our partnership, I was the junior partner as he spent his whole adult career doing the “heavy lifting” of creating these amazing discoveries.

I would classify both as the best friends ever!! Both are gone now but thanks to Dr. Moon’s discoveries of higher dimensional space I am now 100 percent convinced I will get to talk with them again. 

 

Q: What do you see next for Vortex Publishing?

Answer: Right now the main effort will be getting all the books into all the distribution channels for books, including online, independent book stores, book chain stores, and international wholesalers in English speaking countries. After that I wound like to see these books translated in to at least 15 languages, maybe more. This information is for the whole world to see.Future book development will be a college level text book, a book for elementary school and high school that focuses on the pure science and is easy to read for youngsters. 

 

 Q: Where would you rank Dr Moon among scientists? 

Answer: That is like asking me who was the best baseball player ever. It’s not a fair question. In the world of science it’s a building block process where science is built upon others discoveries. That is the beauty of scientific development. Every scientist that ever lived should share in the glory of all new discoveries. I believe Russell will become revered as one of the greats but also as a revolutionary for questioning some very long and well ingrained science. He always told me the biggest mistake made by many scientists is thinking the same way everyone else does!!! He was really proud of that and I am sure he wants all scientists to understand this trap. I truly believe the applications of his science will change the world dramatically, including saving it from climate change. It will also allow us to truly explore the universe as we will be able to create spacecraft that can theoretically approach the speed of light which is by the way the maximum possible speed any object can achieve...sorry to those Star Trek fans but warp 5 speed is impossible! (At least at the moment).

 

Q: How did you meet Dr Moon?

Answer: Pure synchronicity!!! I took two friends on my boat to Miami Beach Marina for a weekend trip.

One of their friends knew a lady that was having a birthday party at Nikk Beach in Miami Beach. I started talking with her boyfriend, Jaime Lemos. We decided to stay in touch as he said he would be interested in giving me some marketing ideas. I was also impressed with him being a real “out of the box thinker”. A couple of months later he was helping a guy who had a flat tire after a night school class. The guy with the flat was an assistant to Dr Moon. (My new friend) Jamie called me and said you’ve got to come to Florida to meet this scientist who has revolutionary ideas in Nuclear Physics. I came the next week and met Dr. Moon. I had a hard time following the details, so he gave me a copy of an earlier book he had published. Then I understood and we decided to be partners. 

 

Q: How was Dr Moon so successful in getting so many peer reviews accepting his science?

According to Dr Moon he said it was his math. Many scientists tried to disprove his math and could not. 

 

Q: Where did Dr Moon grow up?

Answer: Dr. Moon was born in Hayward, CA and grew up in Costa Mesa in Orange County, California. After high school he was tired of school after one semester at Orange Coast College, so he joined the navy and served in Vietnam as a technician aboard navy vessels and was trained to support and repair the most complicated secret naval communication systems. Ironically, Costa Mesa is where I stayed for three months before we moved Ceramichrome from Westminister CA, to Stanford, KY in 1977 for Tonka Toys. 

 

Q: What significance does the word vortex have in Dr Moon’s science?

Answer: The word vortex is used because one of his initial discoveries is that protons and electrons in every atom in the universe are not solid particles but rather are 3 dimensional holes or spheres. Within the atom, space flows through the electron to the proton and back to the electron at the speed of light, creating what he calls a vortex. This in effect, is how every atom is in both 3 dimensional space and higher dimensional space. In other words, the actual makeup of every atom in the universe is quite different than particle physicists think it is. 

The proof of this is why Russia awarded him his PhD and has been published in the Russian Academy of Science Annual discoveries Publications along with his proof that every electron in the universe contains an anti-gravity component. 

 

Q: Why can no object exceed a velocity greater than the speed of light or 660 million miles an hour?

Answer: Given the fact that every atom’s vortex is going at the speed of light: When a physical object approaches the speed of light (if it can), the length of the vortices of the atoms that make up the object shrink to the point that there is no longer a vortex which puts a speed limit on the object, the speed of light!!!

 

Q: Why are there so many religious overtones in Dr Moon’s books? 

Answer: Dr. Moon was brought up as an atheist. He had no religious beliefs whatsoever. Although, After he read the story of the near death experience that put him on his life’s path of discovery. He not only went back to college to study science and math. He also did a thorough analysis of all the major religions of the world looking for clues that could help him in his quest. At a certain point he had a revelation about a quote in the New Testament bible he remembered. Where Jesus was asked about heaven. His answer was prophetic to Russell…Jesus basically said it was not here or there, it is within you. This gave Russell a major clue to look inside every atom for higher dimensional space. Later, Russell became a Christian and basically said how could this man 2000 years ago know way more than all the scientists of today? He must be God! That is why he became Christian and that is why there is so much in his books about religion and God! There are many, many amazing aspects to Russell’s journey and this is certainly one of them.

 

Q: Why did Russell write the book about his life journey?

Several years ago after Russell finished writing his third book and after we had had many talks about how this science could affect mankind, I realized Russell had to write his life story. I explained to him that when his science becomes much more known, people are going to want to know much more about how this happened. Some of his story is in book one: There was a lot, I mean a lot more to tell, so I convinced him to write his story and now that he is gone I am so happy he did. I also told him there was going to be a movie about him someday...he just laughed at that but when I said you should be thinking about who plays you as a young man and then an older man, he quit laughing because he knew I was serious! 

 

Q: Why was Russell in prison?

This is a tragic story: Russell and Jaime Lemos, who is the guy that met the protégé of Russell’s, were in a store in Fort Lauderdale when two thieves were breaking into parked cars in broad daylight. The owner of the store heard car windows being smashed, called the police and started yelling at the thieves. When Russell went out to his car and the A/C came on, the right passenger window exploded! Russell and Jaime thought the thieves shot out the window. They were both freaked out so much that Russell bought a gun. Jaime has since said he thought Russell had PTSD from the incident. For several years Russell had this silly feud with his next door neighbor. The Neighbor died of a heart attack. Shortly thereafter the neighbor’s two sons in law brought a chain saw and were trimming a tree on Russell’s property without his permission. Russell went out to see what was going on and asked them what they were doing and the one with the chain saw made threatening gestures towards Russell with the chain saw. Russell called the police but did not ask for a restraining order which he could have done. A few weeks later as Russell was driving up the street, he saw the one son in law in his front yard clearing up leaves and debris. Russell stopped the car to ask what his issue was and the guy started yelling at Russell. At that point Russell pulled forward to go home and he saw the guy swing the shovel and attempted to hit his car. He stopped, got out with the gun to investigate and the guy threatened him with the shovel. Russell fired 4 warning shots to the side of the man hoping he would back off, then a 5th shot hit the shovel and fragmented and wounded the guy in three places. Russell called the police and they arrested him and charged him with second degree attempted murder, which was a farce. The police did a horrible job of investigating the crime scene. They waited three days before they even looked for the shovel. Even though the alleged victim admitted under oath in court that a shot hit the shovel. Yet, that shovel was never found, which could have proven Russell’s self defense argument. A year or so later he was going to trial and his attorney died of cancer just before. The pro bono attorney that took his case and did a horrible job. So he went to prison. While in prison he developed Aortic Stenosis. Months passed and the prison, despite our best efforts to get him an operation, refused and let him die even though the fix was a simple aortic stint. We were likely going to get him out on appeal but the prison just let him die!!!

 

 Q: How did Russell die?

Answer: From his VA records the jail knew Russell has had heart issues for several years and because they ignored his request to see a doctor when he got very ill, he was rushed to hospital and had to have a pacemaker inserted while in a Broward jail. Then, after being moved to another prison he developed severe Aortic Stenosis. At first it was a mild case, but then it became severe. His aortic valve was operating at only 20 percent and he could no longer walk! Doctors told him an aortic stint would save him but the prison refused to schedule the procedure. They let him die in April of 2022 despite us having an attorney lobby for the medical procedure to be done. This was a second major miscarriage of justice for Russell. By statute the state of Florida can only be sued for one hundred thousand dollars according to our attorney. I wanted to sue them for 500 million dollars to force the procedure to be done, which is just a fraction of what Russell is worth. So, I will now become an advocate for prison reform!!!

 

Q: Did Dr Moon believe in UFO’s?

Answer. Not only did Dr Moon believe in UFO’s; he knew how they worked propulsion wise and how they could accelerate and make such quick and sharp turns without the occupants experiencing g forces. He also knew that their maximum speed could be no greater than the speed of light or 660 million miles per hour. In addition he knew why they had the specific shapes they had with no sharp edges. He also knew how they could communicate instantaneously to their home planets even if they were 20 or thirty light years away.
